All right, this recording is about real estate. I’m going to explain to you the subject of real estate which is a business of ours, one of the main businesses that produces and generates the most profits for us and it’s a very basic necessity of all human beings. And we’re going to leverage it and to use it to our advantage.

So we’re looking for many types of real estate. We’re looking for apartments, houses, hotels, data centers, business offices and business buildings, athletics, sports clubs, education clubs, classrooms, gyms, tennis courts, acrobatics gyms. And we’re going to build our own real estate for the larger, full-scale, big successful business model structure.

We’re going to build parkour parks, indoor, outdoor, with an acrobatics gym, swimming pools, roads for hiking and biking and running. So we’re going to have a full-scale business model structure, including four types of structures. Sports center, education center, business center and a hotel, hotels.

So that’s in the full business model structure, as well as we’re thinking about futuristic cities to build the cities of the future already with my successful full-scale business model structure in the architecture planning of new cities for the center of the cities to be our full-scale successful business model structure. And everything else that is needed for the cities will be built around our center. So one of the benefits the company will be able to do is to help people, members, clients, workers.

Everybody in our company will be able to help and provide with affordable housing, affordable prices for rent. And we’re also going to buy, build and sell real estate as well. So what the company needs, what we need is a lot of real estate especially in places where our full-scale business model structure will be built.

As well as in places where we have the partial business model structure like office building or sports center or an education center or classrooms and fitness gyms and tennis stadiums and even up to a level of a big stadium for competitions for the freestyle sports olympics. That’s a new term, that’s how it’s coined, that’s how it’s phrased. It comes from the street style sports method.

I turn it into freestyle sports method. There are going to be competitions, we need to rent, build, buy stadiums even for all of that. So any place we have work we need to live nearby so we’re looking for real estate to purchase for all of our people, all of our human beings that are in our projects in real estate as well.

So it’s a never-ending, ever-increasing financial potential, prospect and amounts of financial gains in the business of real estate too. So it’s very important to us. All of these forms of real estate will be possible to invest in almost from any amount, from small amounts, medium amounts, large amounts.

You can always invest with us in real estate. The details will be given on the website, on the applications. We’ll have speakers and representatives and teachers from our company that will also be up to date on our up-and-coming real estate investment opportunities and options and ventures and projects.

So that solves the problem of how are we going to buy so much real estate. All of our clients become our financial business partners and all of our clients can invest in these projects. There will be set amounts and agreed-upon and advanced numbers in the bank or percentages or agreed-upon financial specific amounts and numbers and figures that we are going to advertise, promote and put into contract so that every investor will know that his money is guaranteed.

The ROI, return on investments, the profits are guaranteed as with real estate, as with every other business of ours that we have. People can invest whatever saved up amounts of money that they have and whatever projects that they like and view and review all of them and invest with us and receive profits guaranteed. So it’s pretty much chronological.

It’s the evolution of our business. We start from small and we become great. Our purpose is to reach every city, every country, every nation, every state, every continent in the world and beyond.

And we need to buy as many locations as we can for our businesses and it will be very successful. So it’s very logical. It’s very comfortable.

It’s very convenient. It’s very great how we are able to start such businesses, keep them and own them. So we’re building or renting or buying the buildings that we need for our business, such as sports clubs, sports centers, education clubs, education centers, smaller version, bigger version, business offices in other people’s buildings and our own business offices buildings and our own data center for the computing power buildings that we need.

And we’re going to start a chain of hotels because every full-scale successful business model structure has a hotel right next to it. It’s one of the four squares, four structures in the full-scale model. There’s a hotel where people can live in, also for tourists to come and visit.

So we need a big hotel to capacitate some permanent residents and some tourist visitors. So we have to have our own hotel and then we’re going to build and moderate other hotels. We’re going to have our chain of hotels in the future.

So that also solves the problem of transportation. Some people will be living in the building complex full-scale successful model structure. Some people are going to be living there in a hotel lifestyle, hotel level of comfort of living, including a restaurant and everything like any other hotel.

So that’s also real estate. So we need apartments, we need apartment buildings where people can live. All of our people will be rewarded financially.

This method is extremely successful financially and it provides many benefits such as housing, buildings, apartments, houses for people to live in where they can work somewhere nearby. So every place where we have our clients in the partial or the full complete business model structure in the real estate, we know we will buy real estate there for people to live nearby where they practice sports, where they go to the education, where they go to work in the business offices. They need to live nearby so every place we start our business is an area, a place, a field in every city in the world where we need to buy real estate because we want to provide with affordable, sometimes even free or sometimes very cheap, sometimes affordable, sometimes full price.

It depends on the place, on the person. So we need to buy as many houses and apartments and hotels nearby to solve the transportation problem. We also help with relocation and immigration for work purposes, for geniuses and alike, very prominent potential figures and people in our business.

So the opportunities and investments with our real estate business are endless. Our goal is to conquer the world with it. So every place where we have business, we will have apartments, houses, hotels, real estate, our own purchasable, like a monopoly game.

We buy every piece of land that we need and we use it. And our own clients, those that bring us the money, and our investors and philanthropists and activists and altruists help us a lot with their donations. So our business can conquer the world with real estate as well and it will be cheaper and more affordable than the full price you would get somewhere else or in the same place owned by other people that are not in our company.

So everybody that knows about our material will be in our company either and or as clients, as members, as workers. So we’re talking about millions of people and then we’re talking about billions of people because the first initial stage when we were in the millions financially as well as client base and members, that will give us the money needed to generate, to turn us into billions and trillions of money and clients and members and workers all over the world, all around the world. So real estate is one of our main businesses.

It is very easy to invest in and it doesn’t require a lot. We’ll have investment groups, real estate groups to deal with this subject, that collect the money for every building and project that we have and every such place is occupied and beginning to generate us profits and from the profits the investors will receive their money worth and then some, whatever is guaranteed, whatever is settled and agreed upon in the country, in the working contract. So you can always invest with us and our purpose is to buy as many and build as many locations as possible that we use for our businesses including for the scientific research and projects onwards too.
