• “Access Credentials” refers to the private decryption keys, system links, or user logins generated automatically to grant entry to the digital database.

ARTICLE 2: THE OFFER DEAL & LIVING LIBRARY SPECIFICATION

• 2.1 Pricing: The website offers a lifetime access package to the Expanded Multimedia Vault for a flat, one-time fee of $100 USD.

ARTICLE 5: STRICT NO-REFUND & NO-CANCELLATION POLICY

ARTICLE 6: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTIES

• 6.2 Financial Cap: The total cumulative liability of the Publisher for any technical error, claim, breach, or damage shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount of $100 USD paid by the Customer.

ARTICLE 7: DATA PROTECTION & COMMUNICATIONS

• 7.1 Privacy Compliance: Registration data collected during checkout is stored securely for authentication and automated delivery parameters only. No records are disclosed to unauthorized third parties.
